VERY RARE Vintage Atlas Art Deco Style Thin Gas Lighter w/Tape Measure. I think the tape measure is around 26". Made in Japan I did find a few Atlas lighters, but this looks more deluxe in design. I have never used it. I found one similar to this and priced it 25% less than what it would cost to purchase that one.
