This is a core drill bit for making large holes in concrete and masonry. It’s used, but still has most of its cutting diamonds and useful life. Outside diameter is 12 inches, and it will cut to a depth of about 13 inches. It mounts to an arbor 1.25” diameter, 7 threads/inch. This is a common industry standard. New ones cost about $300 - 500. This one is just $125.
