Reversible ratcheting head, 1/2" drive. Just your basic made in Taiwan torque wrench, in clean, good shape, stored zeroed out in its foam package and cardboard sleeve. It's gotta be more accurate than doing this by feel, or simply tightening those lugs with the impact rattle gun.
